Future Internet Technologies PLC 08 June 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 8 June 2006 FUTURE INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES PLC BOARD APPOINTMENTS Future Internet Technologies plc is pleased to announce the following appointments to the Board with immediate effect: Paul Gratton, Executive Chairman Paul, aged 46, joins from Egg plc where he held the position of CEO from 2001. Paul has enjoyed an extensive career in retail banking and was one of the founding team of Firstdirect, the UK leading telephone bank and of Egg, the world's largest online direct bank boasting over 3.5m customers. As a result of Paul's appointment, John Morley will step down from his non-executive Chairman role to become a non-executive director. Tony Lynch, A.C.A. Chief Financial Officer Tony, aged 35, joins from Aspect Capital, a specialist hedge fund manager where he held the position of Director of Finance. Tony's previous positions include Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary at Select Asset Management in Sydney and Group Financial Controller at Egg plc. Previously Tony was an audit manager within the Financial Markets Division at Arthur Andersen.
