The resolutions modifying the exercise terms of the Series 1 Warrants tabled ateach of the EGMs were duly passed. The modification in relation to the Series 1 Warrants, brings forward the lastdate for their exercise to 27 December 2006*. No modifications were made to theSeries 2 Warrants.
