Major Forward Let Contract
Artisan (UK) Developments Limited ("Developments"), a Group subsidiary, has entered into a significant contract for the forward let of a new office to be built at the Opus Business Park owned by Developments in Peterborough.
The building will be an office of just over 30,000 sq ft, net internal area, let under a lease with a minimum lease term of 12 years to Kelway (UK) Limited. Kelway (UK) Limited is a UK based IT services and solutions provider.
The building will be of significant value when it is completed in June 2012 and the Board's current intention will be to retain the building for a period of time. The board of Artisan believes that this contract supports the management's successful approach to negotiating contracts in the current market conditions.
