Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Asia Resource Minerals plc notifies the market that as at 30 April 2014:
1. The Company's issued share capital comprised 240,957,067 Ordinary shares of 0.01p each, each with one vote.
2. The Company holds no Treasury shares.
3. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 240,957,067.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
