Further to PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk ("BNBR" or the "Company") announcement on November 1, 2011 in regards to the sale and purchase agreement between the Company and Long Haul Holdings (collectively known as "Bakrie Group") with PT Borneo Lumbung Energy Tbk ("BORN"), and following the approval from BORN's shareholder in its Extraordinary General Meeting dated 30 December 2011; we are pleased to announce that Bakrie Group and BORN now jointly own a 47,6% stake in Bumi plc.

Bumi plc is a London-listed mining company, with investments in world class mining assets, namely PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) and PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk (BRAU).
