PT Berau Management Changes

ARMS announces that at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk on 2 June 2014 the Boards of Commissioners and Directors will be restructured. As part of this, a new President Commissioner, new Non-Executive Commissioners and a new President Director will be appointed, replacing Eko Budianto the current President Director, who has announced to the Company that he will not be serving going forward.

An announcement with details of the changes will be made ahead of the PT Berau AGM.
