Asia Resource Minerals plc ("ARMS" or the "Company")

Refinancing Update

The Board notes recent media reports and confirms that it has received a proposal from The Hon. Nathaniel Rothschild in which he has indicated his potential interest in underwriting an equity issue.

As the Company confirmed on 12 November, recent shareholder developments have changed the potential options available to the Company for refinancing and the Board will update the market in due course.
