Further Announcement Regarding Board Appointments

ARMS announces that further to its earlier announcement, the Board has determined the following:

Kin Chan is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board.

Dwi Prasetyo Suseno is an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Fuganto Widjaja is a Non-Executive Director.

The Board intends to appoint Independent Non-Executive Directors as soon as practicable, and will provide further updates in due course.
