Arlington Group Ltd02 May 2008 Arlington Group Limited ("Arlington" or the "Company") Tender Offer Further to the announcement by the Company on 9 April 2008, the board ofArlington today announces that it is extending the period for acceptance of theTender Offer until 1.00p.m. on 6 May 2008. The Tender Offer Record Date hastherefore been moved to close of business on 6 May 2008 and the announcement ofthe take up level under the Tender Offer will be made by 8.00 a.m. on 7 May2008. All other dates in relation to the Tender Offer remain the same.
