SMC Group Plc12 July 2007 SMC GROUP PLC (the 'Company') Additional Listing Application has been made to AIM for admission of 807,107 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company to trading. These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue. All of these new shares have been allotted pursuant to stage payments in respect of an acquisition made last year.
