Options Granted
The Company announces that, on 21 March 2017, Gavin Berkenheger, Connemara's Technical Director, was granted options over 300,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 in the Company ("the Options"). The Options vest in equal tranches over a three year period commencing one year from the date of grant. The exercise price is 1.45 pence and the Options expire on 20 March 2024.
