Intellego Holdings PLC26 April 2006 26 APRIL 2006 INTELLEGO HOLDINGS PLC ("Intellego" or "the Company") DIRECTORATE CHANGE The Board of Intellego, the AIM listed e-learning and workforce competencymeasurement & solutions business, announces the appointment of RanjitRoy-Choudhuri as the Company's first full-time Group Finance Director andCompany Secretary. Ranjit takes over these responsibilities immediately fromChristopher Saltrick, the part-time Finance Director, who has resigned from theboard. Ranjit Roy-Choudhuri, 38, is a graduate Chartered Accountant and MBA withspecific experience in corporate strategy and development. Having qualified withCoopers & Lybrand, Ranjit held finance and strategic development roles withinWm. Baird plc and Lafarge Group, both in the UK and Overseas. Recently Ranjithas specialised in advising growth companies in the media and technology fields.As required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, details ofRanjit Roy-Choudhuri are provided below.
