Directors' Dealings
On April 30th, 2013, the Company was notified that:
·; Jonathan Keeling, the Company's Deputy Executive Chairman purchased 684,609 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following the purchase is 2,175,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 9.53% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital;
·; Steve Wassell the Company's Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary purchased 190,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following the purchase is 563,743 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.47% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital;
·; Peter Moon the Company's Non-Executive Chairman purchased 62,500 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following the purchase is 112,500 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.49% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
Total Voting Rights
Arden's issued ordinary share capital comprises 22,829,065 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"). All shares carry voting rights.
The above figure (22,829,065 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's disclosure and Transparency rules.
