Director's dealing 

Arden was notified yesterday that Jonathan Keeling, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, had that same day transferred 75,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), into his SIPP, of which he is the sole beneficiary, at a price of 43 pence per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Jonathan Keeling following the transfer remains at 1,506,881 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.12 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. 

24,622,950 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Arden.
