On May 13th, 2013, the Company was notified that Mark Ansell, Non-Executive Director, purchased 61,750 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share. His beneficial interest following the purchase is 111,750 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.50% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

22,303,606 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Arden.
