Grants of Options

Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L), announces that further to the appointment of Donald Brown as Chief Executive and other Board changes announced on 25th May 2017, on 20th September 2017 the Board of Arden has granted options over ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Arden Partners Employee Share Option Plan 2013 ("Options") to the following Executive Directors:

The Options have an exercise price of 43 pence each and become exercisable in three equal annual tranches, from 20th September 2018 to 20th September 2020, subject to the achievement of various performance related conditions.

In addition to his Options, Mr Brown holds 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.63% of the issued Ordinary Shares. 

In addition to his Options, Mr Reed-Daunter holds 2,553,644 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.08% of the issued Ordinary Shares. Mr Reed-Daunter also holds options over a further 500,000 Ordinary Shares which were granted to him in July 2013.
