Arden Partners plc (LSE: ARDN) was notified that on 30 January 2013, Jonathan Keeling, the Company's Deputy Executive Chairman, transferred 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") into his SIPP, of which he is the sole beneficiary, at a price of 53 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Jonathan Keeling retains a beneficial interest in 1,490,391 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.56 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
22,704,065 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Arden.
