(1) These options were granted under the Arden Partners Limited Share Option Scheme ("the Old Scheme") on 24 April 2006 in his capacity as Executive Director and no performance criteria are attached to the exercise of these options. (2) These options were granted on 22 October 2009 under the Arden Partners Share Plan 2007 and no performance criteria are attached to the exercise of these options.
