River Diamonds PLC11 October 2007 River Diamonds plc ("River Diamonds" or the "Company") Significant Shareholdings The Company was informed on 11 October 2007 that Templar Minerals ltd holds270,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company representing 24.8% of theCompany's issued share capital. 250,000,000 of these shares were issued toTemplar Minerals ltd via the recent placing, and a further 20,000,000 wereacquired between the 5 and 9 October 2007. Following the placing, the Company's issued share capital consists of1,088,622,055 Ordinary shares of 0.1p each, with one voting right per share. In addition, the Company was informed on 5 October 2007 that as a result of theplacing Globersel Multi Asset Class Fund now holds 4.75 % of the Company'sissued share capital. Globersel Multi Asset Class Fund still retains the sameshareholding of 51,700,000 shares.
