("Templar" or the "Company")
Equity Placing
The Company is pleased to announce that it has placed 100,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.3 pence ("Placing Shares") with new and existing shareholders ("the Placing").
The Placing proceeds of £300,000 (before expenses) will allow the Company additional working capital to service its activities.
Subsequent to the issuance of these new ordinary shares, the Company will have 548,050,000 Ordinary Shares in issue.
Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 28 November 2008.
