Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 4 and 5 January 2021 Nigel Boardman, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased a further 2,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mr. Boardman now holds 9,270 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further information.
