ARBUTHNOT BANKING GROUP PLC
BOARD CHANGES
Further to the announcement issued on 24 November 2011 regarding the resignation of Dean
Proctor, Chief Executive Officer of Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited, from the Board of
Arbuthnot Banking Group, the Board can confirm that Dean Proctor's resignation will take
effect from 1 March 2012.
As announced on 19 January, James Fleming has been appointed to the role of Chief
Executive Officer of Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited and will join the Board of Arbuthnot
Banking Group on 1 March 2012.
