Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), the Board of Aquila hereby notifies the market of the following:
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 39,858,862 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5p each, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 39,858,862 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
