Aptitude Software Group plc announces that Philip Wood, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, sold 9,652 Ordinary shares in connection with the exercise of his 2018 Performance Share Plan awards which took place on 19 May 2023 (as disclosed to the market on 23 May 2023).
Following this transaction, Philip Wood's shareholding is unchanged from the position prior to the exercise of these Performance Share Plan awards, being 217,352 Ordinary shares (representing 0.38% of the Company's total voting rights).
