Park Group PLC07 March 2007 For Immediate Release: 7 March 2007 Park Group plc Park Group Acquires Home Farm Hampers Ltd Park Group plc ("Park") has today acquired the business assets, including thedatabase and share capital of Home Farm Hampers Ltd ("Home Farm") from FindelPlc for £300,000 in cash, satisfied from existing resources. Home Farm has 7,500 agents and an estimated order book of £8 million. Thebusiness is to be merged into Park's existing operation in Birkenhead.
