Park (AIM: PKG.L), the UK's leading gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider, has been notified today that Laura Carstensen, Non-Executive Director, transferred ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into her ISA on 7 April 2014. The effective sale of 9,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 51 pence per Ordinary Share, then immediate purchase of 8,810 Ordinary Shares at a price of 51.33 pence per Ordinary Share, resulted in a net sale of 190 Ordinary Shares covering transfer fees.

Following this transfer, Mrs Carstensen is the beneficial owner of 8,810 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.005 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
