API Group PLC05 November 2007 5 November 2007 API Group plc - Total voting rights In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, API Group plc notifiesthe market that there are in issue 34,569,513 ordinary shares of 25 pence eachwith voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifyan interest in, or a change in an interest in, the Company under the Disclosureand Transparency Rules.
