API Group PLC13 December 2005 API Group ("the Company") The Company was notified on 13 December 2005 that, as at 12 December 2005, theTrustees of the BT Pension Scheme, Hermes Investment Management Limited andHermes Pensions Management Limited together hold 5,489,211 Ordinary Shares of25p each, representing approximately 16.2% of the issued share capital of theCompany. Of these 5,489,211 Ordinary Shares, Possfund Nominees Limited hold 2,220,721shares representing approximately 6.6%, and 3,268,490 are held in the name ofBritel Fund Nominees Limited, representing approximately 9.6%. 85,000 of theseshares are loaned to third parties.
