Mr Andrew Turner, CEO & Interim Chairman: 351, 231 ordinary shares (0.46%).
Mr Andrew Walker, Senior Independent Director: 355,986 ordinary shares (0.46%).
Mr Andrew Turner, CEO & Interim Chairman of the offeree company, has a beneficial interest in 403,200 ordinary shares of the offeree company (0.53%) under its 2006 Performance Share Plan (PSP), which have vested but have not been exercised.
Mr Turner also has a beneficial interest in 1,800,000 ordinary shares of the offeree company (2.35%) under its Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) of which 901,487 ordinary shares (1.17%) have vested but have not been exercised.
