API Group PLC15 April 2008 15 April 2008 API Group plc Board Changes API Group plc announced today that Brian Birkenhead and Martin O'Connell are toresign as Non-executive Directors and each will step down from the Board on 30April 2008. Richard Wright, Non-Executive Chairman, said: "The admission of the Company's shares to AIM, with its more flexible regulatoryrequirements, has allowed us to reduce the size of the Board. The Directorsconsider that, going forward, the composition of the Board will be moreappropriate for a company of API's size and resources, whilst allowing us tomaintain our commitment to high standards of corporate governance. Brian and Martin have served the Board with distinction since their appointmentson 1 February 2006 and 1 May 2006 respectively. We would like to express ourthanks for the very significant contributions which they have each made overthat time and to wish them both well for the future."
