API GROUP PLC
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At today's Annual General Meeting of API Group plc, all of the resolutions contained in the notice of AGM sent to Shareholders were duly passed.
In addition, Richard Wright, Non-Executive Chairman, made the following statement.
"After completion of the refinancing of the Group earlier this year, management is now focussed on improving trading performance and reinforcing the positive trend experienced in the last reported six month period. While tougher market conditions are being faced by our US business and pressures from raw material and energy cost inflation are increasing, overall Group performance remains in line with the Board's expectations. "
