Update on interim dividend timetable

In the Group's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2021 announced on 21 September 2021, Alliance stated that its 2021 interim dividend payment of 0.563p per share (the "Interim Dividend") would be paid on 7 January 2022 to shareholders on the register on 24 December 2021.

Alliance would now like to update the market that it has brought forward the record date for the Interim Dividend to 17 December 2021, with the payment date remaining as 7 January 2022 as previously announced.
