Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the specialty pharmaceutical group, makes the following notification in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.

As at 29 March 2018 the Company's issued share capital consists of 475,095,041 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 475,095,041 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
