Application for admission
Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, announces that following the exercise of employee share options, application has been made by Alliance for a further 102,130 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
It is expected that these new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares, will be admitted to trading on 11 May 2017.
After admission, Alliance will have 472,897,182 Ordinary Shares in issue.
