AGM and Final Dividend dates
The Board of Anglo Pacific Group PLC, (APG), is pleased to announce that the 2009 Annual General Meeting will be held at 17 Hill Street, London, W1J 5NZ on Thursday 23rd April 2009 at 11:00am.
Subject to approval at this AGM, the final dividend for the year ending 31st December 2008 of 4.35p net per ordinary share will be paid on 3rd July 2009 to shareholders registered on the share register at the close of business on 8th May 2009.
The shares will be quoted ex dividend in London on 6th May 2009 and in Australia on 4th May 2009.
Shareholders will again be given the opportunity to elect to receive a scrip dividend instead of cash.
