Further to the announcement earlier today by Anglo Pacific Group PLC ("Anglo Pacific", the "Company") (LSE: APF, TSX: APY) that it had proposed to transfer the Company's listing category from a premium listing as a commercial company on the Official List to a standard listing on the Official List under Rule 5.4A of the Listing Rules (the "Proposed Transfer"), Anglo Pacific announces that the UK Listing Authority has approved a circular in relation to the Proposed Transfer.
