Directors' Share Sales

Anglo Pacific Group plc ("the Company") announces the following share sales by Directors:-

Mr Peter Boycott, Chairman, sold on 23rd December 2009 200,000 shares in the Company at a price of 225p per share. Following this notification his revised beneficial interest in the Company is now 2,633,716 shares representing approximately 2.46% of the issued ordinary share capital.

Mr Brian Wides, Chief Executive Officer, sold on 23rd December 2009 300,000 shares in the Company at a price of 225p per share. Following this notification his revised beneficial interest in the Company is now 2,885,515 shares representing approximately 2.70% of the issued ordinary share capital.
