Director/PDMR Shareholding - Share purchase
The Company was informed on 01 August 2025 that Mr Richard Cotton, Senior Independent Director of the Company, and Mrs Jane Cotton-Hall bought a total of 215,430 common shares of $0.00001 in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") at 55.7023 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Cotton's beneficial holding (including that of Mrs Cotton-Hall) and the total interest in the Company stands at 215,430 Common Shares, representing approximately 0.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
The below notification, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provides further detail.
