The Board of Northcote Energy Limited, announces that the Company has been notified that on 29 July 2015 Randall Connally, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 9,523,809 ordinary shares of No par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.16 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase Randall Connally has a beneficial interest in 236,248,754 Ordinary Shares in Northcote Energy Limited, representing 3.94% of the issued ordinary share capital.
