The Company announces that Robert Knapp, Director, has purchased 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of US$0.51 per Ordinary Share. As a result, Robert Knapp is interested in 4,851,485 Ordinary Shares.
The Company also announces that Africa Opportunity Cayman Limited, a Person Closely Associated with Robert Knapp, also purchased 1,387,375 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of US$0.51 per Ordinary Share.
