Result of Annual General Meeting
The Board of Africa Opportunity Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed by the Company in its notice of annual general meeting, dated 1 June 2024, were today approved by its shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting.
