Africa Opportunity Fund Limited (the "Company)
Delay to Redemption Payment Monies
The Company announces that further to its announcement of 2 June 2021, due to an administrative issue between the Company's registrar and its bank, there has been a delay to the payment of the redemption monies to shareholders. Payment is now expected to be made on or around 17 June 2021, with cheques also despatched to shareholders on or around the same date.
If there is any further delay to the timetable as outlined the Company will notify investors of such delay by publishing an RNS announcement.
