Total voting rights
AO World plc announces that as at 31 March 2021, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 479,377,505 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
The above figure includes 836,449 Ordinary Shares which were allotted to the AO World Employee Benefit Trust in order to satisfy awards which vested under the AO World Sharesave Scheme (2018 grant). As previously announced these Ordinary Shares were admitted to listing on 1 March 2021.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in AO World plc as at 31 March 2021 is 479,377,505 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in AO World plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
