Director/PDMR Notification
AO World plc ("the Company") announces that it has been notified that two of its Directors have cancelled their participation in the Company's previous all-employee HMRC approved Save As You Earn schemes ("Sharesave Schemes"), thereby cancelling their options to purchase ordinary shares of 0.25p each. The Directors cancelled their participation in the 2022 Sharesave Scheme in order to apply for the maximum saving amount permissible in the Company's 2023 Sharesave Scheme with an option price of 53p. The grant of options awarded under the 2023 Sharesave Scheme will be made on or about 22 December 2022 with a contract start date of 1 March 2023.
