Additional Listing Application and Total Voting Rights
AO World plc announces that an application has been made for 602,102 ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to the rules of the AO 2014 Performance Share Plan (2017 grant).
It is expected that admission will become effective on 21 July 2020. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 478,541,056 ordinary shares. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, following Admission, this figure of should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
