Update on Second Tranche of Placing
Further to the announcement on 10 October 2013 regarding the placing agreement between Altona and Wintask Group Limited ("Wintask"), the Company announces that the Company has received and accepted a request from Wintask for a 14 day extension to the completion date of the second tranche of placing shares.
Wintask are already interested in 59.7million shares or 9.6% of the Ordinary Shares in issue of Altona but before completing the second tranche of its investment Wintask have requested a 14 day extension in order to perform additional due diligence.
As a consequence of accepting Wintask's request for a 14 day extension the expected completion date for the second tranche placing shares of 170.3million ordinary shares has been extended by mutual consent to 14 January 2014.
The admission of the second tranche shares will now be subject to completion and a further update will be made to the market in due course.
