Director/PDMR Shareholding
Anpario announces that it was notified today by Karen Prior, CFO of the Company, that on the same day, Karen Prior and her husband, Antony Prior, each sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 23 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 320p each. Karen Prior and Antony Prior then each purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 320p within an ISA. Following the disposal and purchase above, there is no change to the ultimate beneficial ownership of Karen Prior in Anpario, being 202,836 Ordinary Shares representing 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
