Exercise of Options
and
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Anpario (AIM: ANP), the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition and biosecurity, announces that on 13 December 2024, 84,800 options, granted under the Company's EMI Share Scheme on 9 March 2015, were exercised over ordinary shares of 23 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an option price of 290 pence.
The options were exercised by the following Directors:

As such, 84,800 Ordinary Shares (the "EMI Shares") which rank pari passu with all existing Ordinary Shares have been issued by the Company and satisfied via the Company's existing block listing. Each participating Director remitted £122,960 to the Company pursuant to the exercise.
Following the issue of the EMI Shares, the Company's total issued share capital is 20,447,931 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Anpario further announces that it was notified on 13th December 2024 by Karen Prior, that following the exercise of options notified above:
1. On 13th December 2024, Karen Prior transferred 14,000 Ordinary Shares to Antony Prior (husband of Karen Prior) at 290p per share. In order to effect a "Bed and ISA" trade, Antony then sold 14,000 Ordinary Shares for 380p per share and immediately repurchased 14,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 380.10p per share.
2. On 13th December 2024, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" trade, Karen Prior sold 16,000 Ordinary Shares for 380p per share and then immediately repurchased 16,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 380.10p per share.
Following the above transactions, the ultimate beneficial ownership of Richard Edwards in Anpario is 245,796 Ordinary Shares representing 1.2% of the issued share capital and the ultimate beneficial ownership of Karen Prior and her husband in Anpario is 199,845 Ordinary Shares representing 1.0% of the issued share capital.
