· On 6th April 2023 Richard Edwards purchased 25,000 Ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 203.00p each.
Following these transactions, the ultimate beneficial ownership of Richard Edwards in Anpario is 203,396 Ordinary Shares representing 0.83% of the issued share capital of the Company.
