The Company has allotted 3,689 new ordinary shares of 20p each to employees following the exercise of share options.
Following this allotment the Company has 20,049,805 shares in issue.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to commence on 20 July 2010.
